Information collected by our company
The french law which protects the consumer forbids any use of the information passed on by this one without its agreement (article L121-20-5 of the code of the consumption). We inform you as a consequence that all the information which are passed on to us will not be used for commercial prospecting purpose and will not be passed to third parties for commercial purpose. If you give us your phone number, we shall use it only to indicate you an incident in the progress of your order.

The prices published on our site
The prices published on the site include all taxes (Except customs taxes). Shipping charges, unless otherwise specified are always included.

retraction period
The consumer has a right of retraction of 7 days from the day of the delivery of the object. The product will be paid off entirely, if for this period, you consider that it is not advisable, with the following remarks: only the price of an object returned to an unused state with its original packaging will be paid off. Postal charges (round trip) stay at your charge. In case of deterioration, an evaluation of the price will be made according to the state of the returned product and its packaging.

Execution period of the contract
The law gives the obligation to execute the sale within 30 days. In case of impossibility to deliver in time, we pay off to you entirely the due sums (or keep these for a later order), according to your indications.

Guarantees
The periods and the conditions of guarantee against the latent defects are the ones fixed by the french civil code and the code of the consumption. Any deterioration of delivered products, engendered by a misuse or a bad assembly is not covered by the guarantee. Any refund, partial or complete, of the delivered product, can be made only after expertise in our company.

Payment
There is at present certain number of frauds, in particular with the use of credit cards. We reserve as a consequence the right to deliver goods only having received the payment for any order which reaches us. The addressee of the goods becomes an owner of those only after complete payment of all the owed sums (including shipping charges). If the use of a credit card is disputed, it is up to the addressee of the products to return to us the goods, but it will not exempt him from an inquiry of police if we consider it necessary.
